dysfunctional bathroom fixed temperature
The staff at the reception was professional and helpful I appreciated this. The room was perfect and had all necessary arrangements for comfort.
The bathroom looked good but was not functional which was disappointing. The room temperature was fixed and I could not adjust it. This was annoying during the night I found the lack of control frustrating.

the room was quite spacious. it included a sitting area and a small kitchen, useful. the common areas looked nice. the hotel provided parking, which i found very convenient.
The bathroom was not very functional. the room temperature seemed fixed. I could not adjust it. i left a phone charger in the room, but nobody contacted me about it.

i had a pre-dinner drink at the lounge overlooking avenue louise it had a beautiful design. the lounge was quiet and well-lit, with diverse seating. the staff was helpful and attentive to all needs. the hotel's location in the chatelain neighborhood provides convenient access to restaurants and boutiques.
the shower area remained dimly lit it was visible from half the room and offered limited privacy. many lights exist in the room however the shower area remains dimly lit. the numerous lights were controlled by many switches. each time i wanted to go to sleep i was forced to play a guessing game.

underground parking was available with direct access to the hotel i booked this. the parking space was very convenient and secure. the hotel design had a calm and attractive ambience. the staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay.

spacious apartment air conditioning reliable internet full amenities
i found the apartment spacious. it had everything i needed for my visit. the air conditioning worked great, i was very pleased. internet access was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
The shower area had dim lighting. I found it a bit too dark.

amazing studio stay
modern hotel friendly staff glass doors
My Studio was clean. The facilities were excellent. It is clearly a very new hotel, very modern. The Studio itself was spacious. I loved that i could close off the bedroom area from the kitchen with the glass doors. Good wifi and friendly staff went out of their way to help.
I encountered a few things that were not great. The bathroom in general was looking good, but it was not functional. Room temperature was apparently fixed. The panel did not allow me to change temp, so it was a bit annoying during the night.

This place's location is one of the best you could find. It is easily accessible. There is a tram and bus stop approximately 2 minutes away that could take you to any main metro Station. Shops are very close.
